Personalised Christmas Cookie Gift

Let’s face it – you can’t go too far wrong with Christmas cookies. No matter who you bake these for, they’re guaranteed to love them. For some recipe inspiration, just read up on how to make cracking Christmas cookies. With our Christmas cookie cutters, you can easily create seasonal shapes of snowflakes, Christmas trees, stars, Christmas bell, and hearts.

Use icing to decorate these shapes in unique colours and personalise them to the special person who will be receiving them (and eating them!). Making your own Christmas cookies is a great gift idea for the kids as it is fun, affordable and makes for a sweet treat for relatives! When you’ve baked them, simply wrap them in festive tissue paper and pop them into a merry Christmas gift bag to make them the perfect gift!

Personalised Initial Mugs Christmas Gifts

Who doesn’t love a delicious mug of hot chocolate around Christmas time? Personalised initial mugs make the perfect easy Christmas gift or stocking filler. Paint Your Own Festive Figurine Christmas Gift

Show your creative side and grab one of our Paint Your Own Festive Figurine Kits. These kits offer great fun for the entire family; inside are four plain novelty figurines: Santa, Penguin, Gingerbread Man and Elf. You can use the paint brush and paint provided to release your inner artist and create designs which are personal to the person receiving the ornament. These make adorable presents by themselves, can be displayed as Christmas decorations on shelves and tables, or you can pop them into Christmas Eve boxes and bags for an added festive surprise.

On FabFinds, we have a broad range of DIY Christmas decoration activities like Make Your Own Reindeer, Snowman or Owl kits. These make wonderful and meaningful additions for Christmas tree decorations, can be given as personalised gifts, or used as a Christmas Eve activity to bring the whole family together.

Make your own DIY Christmas Card Bunting Decorations

We all love receiving Christmas cards – but let’s be honest, it can be hard to know what to do with them all. If you have leftover Christmas cards from last year which you just cannot bear to throw away (or you’ve simply received too many this year!) then why not craft them into festive bunting? This charming piece of festive décor can then be hung over your fireplace, laid over shelves or weaved through your stair way banister.

What will you need?

  • Christmas cards
  • Twine, string, or yarn
  • Double sided tape
  • Ruler
  • Scissors

Method for making your own DIY Christmas card bunting:

  1. Print out or draw out a diamond shaped stencil that you will use to make equal diamonds out of every Christmas card.
  2. Create several diamond-shaped cards with your stencil – ensure you choose the prettiest patterned cards!
  3. Place your thread or yarn in the middle of each diamond, fold over the card so it is exactly halved, and secure your fold into place with the double sided tape
  4. Complete this process with all of your diamond Christmas card shapes until your bunting is as full as you desire! It really is that simple.
