Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, you have the right to cancel and return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of receiving the order back from the customer. Your bank may take 3–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn, and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition, an amount may be deducted from the refund to reflect the reduction in value.
We recommend sending items via signed-for or recorded delivery, so the item can be tracked. FabFinds Limited will not be held responsible for any missing parcels returned by the customer. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask for proof of posting from your Post Office or applicable return service.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team at customer.services@fabfinds.co.uk. We will require photographs of the damaged items before arranging for return. Once the item is back with us, we will refund your postage costs and send a replacement. Unfortunately, without the item returned to our warehouse, we cannot send a replacement.
Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving them.
Please note: as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided it is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery within 3–5 days at one cost but you choose a 24-hour delivery at a higher cost, we will only refund the cheaper delivery option.
