All orders are processed within one day of receiving the order.
Once you've placed an order and we've processed it, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the order tracking number. This tracking information allows you to view the courier that's handling your parcel and date of delivery details too.
For Mainland UK we will endeavour to deliver parcels within a 4-day period from the time of processing the order. For Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Highlands/Islands, the courier company may deliver within a 3-5 day time frame.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you for some reason you are unhappy, you have the right to cancel and return the item within 14 days of you receiving your order.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of receiving the order back from the customer. Your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.
Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to return an item. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced. We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery, so the item can be tracked. FabFind Limited will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting, or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com - we would require photographs of the damaged items, and then arranging for these items to be sent back to us and we will refund you postage costs and send you out a replacement. Without the items back in our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot send out replacement products. Faulty items need to be reported within 48 of receiving them.
Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
As the customer you are able to cancel an order 2 hours after placing the order. Orders that need to be cancelled can be done so by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org
