Enjoy your favourite rice dishes the lighter way with Yumsu Skinny Konjac Rice 380g. This Yumsu skinny rice is a low calorie, low carb alternative to regular rice, made from konjac flour and pre-cooked so it is ready in 2 to 3 minutes. Each 380g pouch serves about 2.

Serve it under curries, chilli or stir-fries, use it in meal prep lunches, or swap it into your usual dinners when you want a lighter plate. Its neutral flavour takes on whatever sauce you pair it with. Choose 1, 3 or 6 packs; bigger packs cost less per pouch. How do you cook Yumsu konjac rice? Drain, rinse and heat it for 2 to 3 minutes. It is already cooked, so there is no boiling.
